Gluten Free Fried Biscuits

My mom made Fried Biscuits for us when I was growing up. They were delicious and comforting. I am glad to have been able to reconstruct the recipe so that my Gluten Free children can enjoy these easy to make biscuits.

When I buy Gluten Free, I buy Bob's Red Mill.

Gluten Free Fried Biscuit Recipe:

1 cup Bob's Red Mill White Rice Flour

1 tsp. Baking Powder (I use aluminum free)

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. sugar

enough milk to make dough sticky

cook in a pat of butter until golden brown

I don't make them too big so that they cook faster

These little biscuits are so delicious and so very delightful.
