I was so sure that I'd be in the kitchen all of the time. I'm not! I have more time to spend thinking about other things because of how simple this low-carb thing is.
What I do make that "feels" complicated - isn't. I made crackers tonight!
7 ingredients is fabulous for me! Easy enough to make with my 6 year old, too.
Everything Crackers: 2 cups flaxseed meal, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp poppy seeds, 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1 cup of water.
